Hey guys! Here is a quick post for some of the music I’ve been listening to this month, aka my February Playlist. As you’ll notice, it’s a bit of a mix but that’s what makes it a great playlist! Also, I think it’s important to note that some of these songs are strictly for the gym. I mean come on, do you really think I would support Lil Wayne & Nicki Minaj talking about “truffle butter” on any other occasion?! But other than that, most of these songs have been on replay for all of February and most of January, to be honest. I also threw in a few older songs that I forgot about, but am loving again, and some that I will never stop playing- no matter what! I must admit, several of these songs can be found in the top charts, but I’ll blame that on the iTunes playlist; others I discovered on my own. Artists that had more than 3-4 songs on my list got an album mention–other than Nicki; seriously, she’s really just for the gym or to get me out of a funky mood. Actually I own three of the five albums that are listed and I’m considering purchasing the other two.
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy the mix. I know I’ve missed some of your favorites and my own, but these made the cut for this month. Since I’ve joined the gym I’ve been playing the same sort of music; not to mention, when I like I song I have it on replay for weeks.
